1965 Leyland Titan PD2/40 Reg No. FDB 334C, Fleet No. 34.  Body East Lancashire H36/28R  Part of a batch of 15 delivered new to Stockport Corporation Transport and operated their town services in and around Stockport/Manchester area.

The Leyland Titan had a chassis with a front-mounted engine designed to carry double-decker bus bodywork.  It was built mainly for the UK market between 1927 and 1942, and then between 1945 and 1970 after World War II.

ENGINE: Six cylinder Leyland 0.600 diesel engine of 9.8 litres displacement, bore 4.8", stroke 5.5", 125 B.H.P. (93 Kw) @ 1800 R.P.M.
